The colors are soft and pretty, and I did not notice any defects on the surface of the bank. It made a perfect baby shower gift!

This piggy bank is just the right size to get our newest grandson (or his parents) started saving for his future. It arrived very well packed -- a box within a box. The hole in the bottom is large enough to get pennies, nickels, dimes, and quarters out. A half dollar (or larger) might be a struggle. This was a nice gift to present to the new parents.
