Well made out of metal and is sturdy. Adjustable using a hex wrench. Been using this for over a year with no issues. Inside is lined with rubber to prevent scratching and slippage. Just be aware this is for two laptops and has two slots as such.

Works for a 14 MacBook Pro, but in spite of advertising iPad compatibility, it cannot be adjusted to be thin enough to hold an iPad Pro 11 firmly.

I use it to put my dock, work laptop and my personal laptop.

Stable and secure grip. My only complaint is that MacBook Pro 2019 16 model doesnt have a precision fit. MacBook Air (2016) fit is pefect

Buuuuut! Sometimes if not correctly adapted the base will get stuck and you will pick it up together with the laptop and then BANG! SUPER LOUD because the base is heavy AF! Which makes it sturdy and reliable.

This is exactly what I need in my home office having both a work laptop and a personal laptop (and that I dock with each). The dock’s ability to be set to specific laptop sizes to ensure a perfect fit gives me peace of mind that my laptops will be safe and it frees up a TON of desk space!

Works well for my two laptops and frees up a truckload of space on my desk. Is much more stable than I expected and both channels are adjustable for the slightly different sizes of laptops.
