The stands easily adjustable partitions provide a snug fit for my MacBook and its mousepad in one partition, the mouse itself in another, and my computer glasses in the leftover space in front. I use this computer on the kitchen table to read the newspapers and do crosswords, and storing it vertically saves a couple square feet of tabletop when we use the table as a kitchen table. The heavy metal construction keeps the computer safe, and the non-skid base makes it stay wherever I put it. I wish I had found it twenty or thirty years ago.

Exactly what I wanted and great quality.

I got the first one with 2 big dents. I applied exchange to new one by going to Wholefood which was farther than UPS. Yesterday I got a new one it still has 2 dents on other location lol but I just decided to accept it with my big generousity.

Not what I wanted

It is good for what I am using it for, maybe a little more padding so I dont have to be so careful not to scratch. Maybe adjustable track to adjust sizing gaps. Just a tad fussy on adjusting width while trying to tighten.

This stand is heavy enough to hold steady on the table and the adjustments are perfect to fit 2 diff laptops

Does what it is designed to do. Works for me. Good product. No need for a thesis on such a simple object.
