My phone has a protective back cover, so lay my phone sideways on this holder which is perfect. The holder is solid, sturdy, attractive looking, plus the cats do not try to eat it.

My phone has the charging port on the bottom--and also doesnt switch to landscape mode in certain apps (like when listening to music). So I needed a stand which keeps the phone up high enough for the charging cable to attach, in portrait mode.
