They are very uncomfortable

I began purchasing ON brand shoes years ago because of the comfort and the innovative modern design. I have many pairs.

This is my second pair of this shoe. The first ones I had for quite sometime and loved them. It was time to replace them, so I ordered them here instead of the store I had gone to originally. I’m now outside of the return window and the shoe is unwearable i get a horrible pain in left foot when I wear them. I’m not sure what the issue is but I wore the first pair for over a year this pair 2 months. I guess I’m buying brooks or hokas from now on.

I love these shoes and ordered them in 11.5 they sent an 11 and wouldnt accept a return. Other then that the shoes are fantastic. I ordered my other pairs just from on cloud directly.

Received the right brand and style of shoe but the wrong color pattern that was different from what I picked. The shoe it’s self is very comfortable and if it was the correct color pattern this would have been a 5 star review. For $240.00 there should be more quality control prior to shipping.

Probably the most comfortable shoes Ive worn and the most expensive. The tread on the bottom of the shoes wears down extremely quick. I would consider purchasing another pair if they werent $180.

I like the look but the prize is to high because they are not comfortable. I regret buying them.
