It is a nice jersey for the price. To take the guesswork out of sizes I ordered an XL and XXL. Im 57 and 240lbs, shaped like a barrel with ham hocks for arms. I look more strongman than BMXer. Anyway, these fit like normal shirt sizes. The XL is spot on fit for any XL shirt in my drawer. The 2XL is looser and has more freedom of movement. The XL fits just fine, but it doesnt give me as much movement as the 2XL. I could race in either. I would say get a size up from your normal t-shirt size and you are good to go.

Expensive but i have no color clothes for summer or spring so i got this since i ride my bike a lot. got a small Im 5 5 and it looks to fit.
