This is amazing. I have a long history or headaches and migraines and this was made perfectly for me. It is the only thing that truly helps, allows me to sleep or relax. Its worth every penny. I keep it in the fridge and its ready whenever the headache comes, and its truly the most helpful relief you can ask for.

I love this ice pack, if feels snug on my head and gives good compression. It also seems to stay colder longer then my others. It fits perfect on my face and gets all angles of my face. I can usually fall asleep when I have a migraine and am wearing this. Which if you have migraines you know is a big deal.

Not only did I absolutely love this but my son does too! It has a good weight to it and completely dark. It actually helps with more than headaches.. if you have problems with shutting off your brain this will help too!

I experience not only migraine headaches, but also skin burning on my face. The cap is a little too snug for my head (I guess I have a big head, lol) so I use it for the face burning that I experience almost every night. The temperature on my ears, forehead and cheeks have registered over 103 degrees at times, while my oral temperature registers normal. Not only do I sleep with a fan blowing on my face, but I also keep my room at a cool 54 degrees. I generally put this on my pillow where my face lays. It covers my ears and side face. Since I have been using them ( I have more than one) I have been able to go to sleep better and more pain free. I am very thankful to have found these and would recommend them as they have been very helpful to me.

Just put the product inside the refrigerator and wait for couple hours to be chilled. Wear it over your head and works like a charm. I just keep mine in the refrigerator after use so I can use it right away when needed.

I use this product more often that I wish I needed, but it brings a huge relief when migraines hit.

as someone who suffers from migraines quite often, it’s nice to just be able to throw this in the freezer for 30 minutes and use it! Super quick, super easy, I don’t have water dripping everywhere from a washcloth. Slight compression which also helps. So far I’ve used about 3 times and have not noticed any different or defect with the product

We are very pleased with this product! Its easy to use and really helps with headaches , toothaches etc. It gets cold fast and we like how you can cover your eyes if you want. Highly recommend

A coworker recommended this migraine mask for my constant headaches. We ordered and got our product quickly and in great condition. I wont say this mask completely gets rid of the migraines, but it takes the edge off and make life so much more comfortable. My 5-year-old saw me wearing it and the next day he said he had a headache like dad. We let him wear the mask just to humor him and to our surprise he loves it! It actually helps him to go to sleep when he is restless or overwhelmed. At first, he didnt like the coldness but after a few minutes he said Ahhh.. it makes my brain feel so good. My wife and teenage daughter both use the mask for headaches, and it always soothes them straight to sleep. We wound up ordering a second one just to ensure everyone has one if needed.
