Some dogbone RV adapters have a round bulky male receptacle which will not fit into all electric posts in storage units. By trial and error, I realized that the design of this one (a straight blade/prong plug) allows for making a connection on any type of post. Good quality, too.

I received the adapter quickly and it looks like it will meet my needs but I wont use it for about 5 more weeks.
