The exact same as what you would buy at your local pharmacy. It’s an Oral-B and fits my electric toothbrush perfectly. They’re all expensive

I didn’t get ORAL B REPLACEMENT AND ONE OF 409. Just I get 2 of 409.

The iO brush is outstanding. Well made, and easy on the teeth and gums. They are not cheap, but still a good value. These appear to be made by Braun, and not some offshore source. Fast delivery too.

So far I like the toothbrush, waiting on next cleaning to see if it is helping get rid plaque buildup been fighting plaque for last 4 years.

I wonder if I got a defective product. They fitted the base perfectly but didnt work. Upon further inspection, when compared with the original head it didnt have the internal mechanism that made the original operate. ???

Best toothbrush EVER but the replacement brushes I can only find on-line. Thanks Amazon. The toothbrush is worth every penny.
