I like this cross action brush head for the way it cleans and how it feels (not too hard). I just wonder why the wording on the packaging was all in German when I ordered it in the US. The picture on Amazon was in English.

This is high quality genuine product...the product is manufactured in Germany and the whole package is written in German ... Im very happy.. tried budget heads from wish etc... Not even close in quality

Ive been using the Oral B cross action brushes for a couple years now. I switched from Sonic Plus to see if the circular action might help my gums. Ive had positive feedback from both my periodontist and dental hygenists. Good product. Would be nice if they were half the price. You know it doesnt cost ANYTHING near what they charge to make these little plastic things... .;-)

There are a number of Oral B heads on Amazon and got a different version than I expected because the pictures are small and it is difficult to pick the correct one unless you know the name. However the version I got is quite satisfactory

Non oral-B brand have a plastic shaft and have a plastic smell from the friction of plastic on plastic. Oral B brand has metal shaft and no smell.

Even my dentist noticed the improved condition of my gums and teeth after using the cross action heads for six months.

I cant believe I got these for such a great price. I just tested them for real or fake by watching a youtube video and they came out real. After using the brush head for 2 months, I can say they are indeed real. Buy it with confidence.
