> 3 dayAs for the product, unless youre actually racing where money/prizes/pride is at stake, this is your choice for MTB tubeless sealants. Ive meticulously tested this against Stans and generated a list of pros and cons. While similar overall, the Orange Seal Endurance does edge out the Stans. Both are good sealant choices, but the OSE is better. My main issue with the 32 oz mechanics bottle specifically is, when the item ships, its common to see the seal under the cap broke contributing to leaks. Ive ordered a case in the past and it arrived in a way where it looks like one of the bottles bursted. Orange Seal has to do a better job at using a better seal to resist leaking during shipping and handling.

> 3 dayI’ve always used Stan’s because it came with my bike and I’ve never put much thought into it. Switching from Stan’s to this I can actually feel a difference in the way my bike rides and the seal seems more durable. Been using orange seal for 6 months now and I won’t go back

Greater than one weekSwapped my tube setup to tubeless recently. With the help of orange seal, all the minor leaks and things were easily resolved! Took about 72 hours to completely seal without the need to continue adding air.

> 3 dayI found out about Orange Seal after much, much aggravation with Stans. When I used Stans, my tires bled constantly from the sidewall. Specialized told me we recommend not using Stans as it has corrosive properties not compatible with our tires. Kenda - ate through the sidewalls. Then one day out on a brand new $60 tire, I got a cut about 1/4 long. Already really pissed at how much MTB tires cost, cutting a brand new one like that sent me into orbit. I took the tire apart, cleaned it extensively, put a patch on the inside of my tire where the cut was (Im running tubeless), let it dry. Tested the hold by hand before putting the tire back together on the bike. I really squeezed & pushed it, the patch seemed solid. Put Stans in, aired up the tire. Checked again - yep, holding air. Loaded up & drove off to hit the trail. Get on the trail and 15 minutes into my ride, the tire goes flat. Cussing like a sailor, I walked back to my truck, threw my stuff in & went back home. Took the tire apart, and the patch is laying in the tire not glued to it. Stans ate the glue off. Refusing to give in to tossing a $60 tire in the trash, I went to a couple bike shops explaining what had happened. One shop recommended Orange Seal, saying thats what they use in the shop. I once again, went through the process of patching the cut in my new tire. Put it all back together, checking the air constantly for any sign of loss. Went on my ride. It held! In fact, it held so well that I rode that tire until the tread was gone with the patch STILL holding! Ive been sold on Orange Seal ever since. Ill never use Stans again. It costs a couple bucks more which I didnt like, but it does work. I think both brands are about 200% profit to the manufacturer which is why I gave it only 3 stars on Value for Money, but if you have to pay, might as well pay for something that works.

> 3 dayI ride about 6k miles annually. I’ve been using tubeless tires since about 2000, back when tubeless tires didn’t really exist, and all there was for sealant was Stan’s. Orange seal is my favorite lately. With good tubeless tape (I love muc off) and if you replace it about every 6 months, you’ll be done with flats unless you regularly smack rocks with your rims.

> 3 dayI wanted this small 4oz bottle of OS Endurance for long bike trips. I think Orange Seal is the best however the bottle I received was marked with an expiration date of 07/22/2022. How important is the expiration date? What is the shelf life on this product? Would have been five stars if not for the expired date.

Greater than one weekThis is a really good sealant. In several thousand miles using this sealant, I have not been stranded roadside fiddling w tubes. It seals much better and holds longer than Stans. If you use Orange Seal (or other) threaded stems, you can add sealant without even unmounting the tire. A reliable tubeless tire setup with Orange Seal is the safest way to ride. No blowouts or pinch flats that might cause a crash or getting stuck hazardous places messing w tires when conditions are unfavorable. Orange Seal will keep you riding rather than messing with tires. I didnt comment about use, because its incredibly simple to pour or inject then inflate (often with only a track pump needed. Put a few OZs in, pump, spin, ride. Refresh every few months.
