Oreck Genuine Replacement Belts for XL Upright Vacuum Models (Pack of 2)

Fixed the vacuum cleaner. Runs better than when it was new.

Not sure why Oreck chose Torx screws for the belt access, but once youre in, replacement is easy. Now my vacuum runs like new!

At first I thought the seller sent the wrong size. After watching a You Tube video on how to replace the belt, I learned that the new belt will appear much smaller than the old belt. I realized my old one was stretched. Put it on and my vacuum runs better than it had in years!

Product described as fitting all ORECK XL upright vacuum cleaners, but appears smaller than original. Belt must be stretched to fit. Easy to do, but no directions included.

It worked ! It looks too big. Vaccum has to be engaged to work. It took us a few minutes and working with it because most vaccums they are really tight. Once you turn the vaccum on it engages the parts that tighten the belt.

Easy to install, had no issues with size or fit. Roller spins with ease now. Inexpensive fix.
