I bought this basket to put pillows and blankets in for our living room. We recently remodeled and Im trying to be more organized! This basket is large but not too large and holds 2 medium pillows, 2 small pillows and 3 rolled up blankets/throws. It does come folded and you have to stuff it really full for a few days to get the wrinkles out but they work themselves out eventually. Nice quality and sturdy product.

This basket is well made seems sturdy and will have for a long time. I was happy there was no chemical smells since I’m very sensitive.

As a city liver, storage is a huge challenge. Attractive storage is even harder. Above my closet I have a great open storage space but didn’t want it junked up and looking sloppy. I decided the large black rope baskets would be a perfect pick. They store all my linens and extra blankets and misc travel bags while hiding larger items behind them like luggage and boxes at the same time. The rope is strong so the bags don’t flop and the leather handles make fetching things easy. Great purchase!

Why only 3 stars? Because no matter what I couldn’t get it to be round like the photo. It comes packaged all folded up. When you unfold it it obviously has creases in it. They give you advice on a card how to possibly get the creases out but sorry-I don’t have a steamer and stuffing it didn’t work. It was for a gift basket so I felt the presentation wasn’t pretty at all. Also- the leather handles were also smashed and unattractive. Maybe wrap them prior to shipping? But I feel like all this comes from folding this otherwise gorgeous basket into a small parcel and then stuffing it into a small bag. I totally understand it’s the way to save on shipping cost but I feel it would be soooo much better to ship it intact as it should be. I see no possibility to ever get this to look like it should.

I love this basket. I put pillows in it at first to shape it from the packaging and it’s shape holds up good. Looks so good in my family room for storage.

Very happy with purchase. I use it to corral extra throws and pillows in the living room. Its a great pop of color.

I had to return a couple of rope baskets because they were the wrong color. I now have two of these baskets which I am using for extra throws and pillows in the living room. I like how the stitching blends into the color of the rope so that it does not really show. I like this neutral color. I didn’t want the rope basket to make a statement but to blend in with the living room. It does.
