Do not buy this. We noticed that this was going through batteries really quickly, so I started noting how long it was... as of this writing we go through batteries every two days and it has been only 3 months since we bought it. I thought it was impossible so I tested the batteries and they are definitely dead each time. Very frustrating. Also Amazon refuses to accept the return.

Exact OEM replacement. I bought this an an extra so my wife and I would both have one on our end tables. It looks and works the same as the one that came with the TV.

Stopped working after a week
