Original Scratch Lounge, XL- Reversible Cardboard Cat Scratcher with Floor Refill and Catnip

This is a nice size for me to lay in and roll around. My mom likes that she can flip over the insert after Ive shredded one side too much, but it does last a long time. Box itself is sturdy. Im a bit over weight (14 lbs) but can easily stretch out in it. Sometimes I even sleep in it.

My cat is already getting crazy inside the lounge. She has had it for 15 minutes now. However she is also drooling so much, that the flat side of the board has become bent inwards and damaged. She then went on to scratch it, rip it open and eat it. One edge of it and the pillow is already damaged, ripped. It lastet 15 minutes. Sure, she will use this damaged piece of cardboard a bit it longer until it will be so ugly that I will dispose of it. I should have gotten a proper scratcher. Neat idea, but the price for something that lasts this short is too high. Be careful with the catnip. There are no instructions how much to use. Half the package was too much. Ive never seen her like that.

My cats love this for both scratching and sleeping! Nice large size.

Put Lounge down, sprinkled a bit of catnip to see if she would find it. She Did! :) She is a happy kitty. This was a very good buy!

This is my cats’ favorite scratching post. It deters them from problematic carpet scratching when we redirect them. They love just lounging on it too.

Our cats go right to this. It keeps them from scratching the furniture and they love to lounge in it for hours.

My cat adores this scratcher lounge. The first one he had lasted almost 7 years. I tried to replace the scratch lounge with a random cheap smaller scratcher and he destroyed it in 3 months max.

Got it delivered and unwrapped, then sprinkled the catnip on the corrugated cardboard. Within 30 seconds I turned around to find my male Coon cat p**ing in it. The box was beyond salvage. I will see if the scratch pad will benefit from anti-urine spray and time in the summer sun. My suggestion: Dont add the catnip. It seems to be too exciting.

I hate my kitchen isn’t large enough to have 6 loungers for my 6 cats. They absolutely love them. My cats will sleep for hours and hours. It cleans great just a quick go over with the vacuum removes any shavings or cat hair. I had purchased 1 many years ago and it lasted. This time I purchased 2 and keep them side by side. Even great for a little interaction with my 2 black cats that like to throw jabs at each other.
