> 24 hourThis cover will not disappoint you it’s just like the phone covers easy to hold and it has a screen protector built-in super awesome cover. It has a hard cover that turns into a stand which personally I don’t have much use for but you can use it to cover the screen for storage or for traveling to add even more protection to the screen. Only thing that’s a little tuff to use is the home button when your trying to screen shot. I purchased a competitors cover for $97 only because the outer box was not available at that store and then ordered my outterbox cover once it arrived and I used it the other cover went back.I’ve been using OtterBox phone covers for over 10 years and I have never been disappointed with them in Quality or customer service. If you have to wait to get an outterbox cover just wait it’s worth it

> 24 hourSturdy and protective. I dont like the flap on the side that is used to cover the Apple pencil charging location. Its flimsy and feels like it will break off. Also, when I purchased it, for some reason there was a large gap between the layers that is slightly bothersome. The built-in plastic screen protector is also pretty bad and scratches easily. Once its scratched (even the Apple pencil can scratch it) it is annoying to use. However, the rest of the case is excellent and I do highly recommend purchasing it and you will not be disappointed, its just that it could have been better.

> 24 hourI have a love hate relationship with this case. It bothers me that the stand to sit the iPad in a reclined or upright position is inside the cover and rests against the screen. It also pushes against the camera lens when you’re using it in the upright position. I do like how you can place the cover on the back of the iPad and it won’t move because of the rubber grips. It is extremely durable. While the black isn’t attractive to me personally this was the only case that was available from Otterbox at the time of release and the only brand I felt comfortable using on a $1200 purchase.

> 24 hourI love the full coverage it give for my iPad. I dislike how heavy my iPad is with this case, but it’s well worth it to keep it safe and protected.

> 24 hourAfter blowing a few grand on the nicest iPad out there.. one shouldn’t really cheap out on protection & you aren’t if you go with this hundred something dollar otterbox defender. I haven’t dropped it yet but I’d image it’d be fine I use the same case on my phone. Pricey assurance

> 24 hourI love the sturdiness of the otter box this why I purchased it for my iPad Pro 12.9 since I feel it protects my device. I would give 5 stars but the design should have been better for Apple Pencil it doesn’t cradle the pencil like other cases do…and afraid my pencil 2nd generation could fall out and loose or damage it considering there is no other way to charge my It but by the IPad itself ... 2nd only 2 positions stand which straight up for watching or using as a computer or semi lay down for typing not great if it’s in your lap.. or chilling in bed or a couch....so I had to buy an additional stand for everyday use.

> 24 hourSturdy box, very protective, but the flap where the pencil charges always comes loose from the case and does not hold the pencil securely. Constantly having to snap it back together. You have to open this flap to attach pencil and the iPad is exposed to the elements. Not a good design.

> 24 hourIt feels very strong and sturdy. I really like that when you stand it up it is straight up and not at an angle. I bought it for my 4 year old who is now distance learning and the iPad camera is directly on her and not the ceiling or above her head. It works great when shes watching her online videos or working on the online educational activities sent by her teacher on Seesaw. The only thing I didnt like is that if you have the pencil, in order to charge it or to connect it you have to open the side flap so that it magnetically attaches directly to the iPad. Its just a bit of a drag to open and close but the pros outweigh that 1 con.
