Its not the most sturdy umbrella nor does it have a huge canopy. It isnt very automatic either. However, thats the sacrifice for something cheap & compact. With that in mind, this is a good little backup or travel/portable umbrella. Its not fancy, but it works for the basic purpose of an umbrella. I dont really care for the sunflower look, but I dont care too much about aesthetics. Thats low on the priority list for an umbrella. Most importantly, this works as an umbrella.

I needed an umbrella I can leave in the car for those spur of the moment downpours. This is perfect, love the color/design and its super cute. Definite conversation starter!

This is my second one purchased. The first one Ive had for years and have even used as a prop at flower shows. Now I have an extra in the car.

Really beautiful umbrella, I get lots of compliments on it! Please note that it is not wind proof though. It isnt the sturdiest umbrella but it is super compact and works great for PNW weather.

I love how the umbrella opens to look like a large sunflower. Also I was able to fully open it, and then close it and get it back into the storage sheath that it comes with. Sometimes you can never get the umbrella back in the bag, but this one works. The mechanism opens smoothly and locks into place, and then releases to fold the umbrella. Even my 10 year old could work it without help. It folds up and takes up very little space when not in use. I think it will also be fun as a parasol in the summer.

This is super cute. I had a hard time opening and closing it. Maybe more use will make it easier. Nice and small, fits in my purse.

Crummy! Broke the third time we used it and none of the day were windy. Plus, now there are no options to return it. Blech!

I love sunflowers! Ive not had higher winds to test this in yet, but I can tell you that it is way sturdier than the umbrella I picked up at my big box pharmacy for the same price last year. Material is thicker, ribbing is better connected, and when open, there arent any loose parts causing wobbliness if that makes sense. Cute, study and will keep me dry!

Super beautiful umbrella!! Unfortunately when i was unboxing it i slit straight through the outer sheath holder. Luckily i didnt puncture the umbrella itself! the umbrella isnt automatic. i got spoiled with a push button opener, so I was confused with how to open this one at first. ROFL - you just push it open. The sunflower is GORGEOUS!!
