These are easy to remove, and unfortunately my 10 month old managed to do it this morning while I was getting ready for work. I walked in and the outlet cover was in the back of his mouth luckily with the prong side towards me, so I was able to grab it. It wasn’t something I thought I had to worry about happening so I didn’t think about their size when I was installing them. They are the perfect size to completely obstruct a baby’s airway. Just something for parents/caregivers to be aware of if you choose to use them.

My daughter didnt listen to me (to stop growing and stay age 8 forever) and became an adult. Then she had the gall to go off and get married (cant tell at 25 y.o. anything). Then they had a baby. When she came to stay with us, she baby proofed the house including using the cheapie but impossible to remove outlet covers. I saw these and decided to replace the covers I hated to avoid any more frustration whenever I wanted to plug something into the wall outlet. Taking the old ones off was the hard part. These are very easily to install and they are much better to remove. Simple design that appears to work well. Well have to see if the grandkids figure out how to pull these out. My guess is that when they can figure out how to remove them they should be old enough and wise enough to not stick themselves into an outlet. These make for a happier grand-dad and therefore a happier visit.

Got these to prevent my 9 month old from picking at outlets. She quickly figured out how to disengage the lock and plays with it. Its only a matter of time before she realizes she can pull it out

It took a lot of effort to push them all the way in because they fit our outlets VERY snugly, which is good in that our kids will definitely not be able to remove them. However, I also have trouble removing them whenever I do want to use the outlet. I have to use a lot of effort and be very careful because they feel as if they are going to snap and the prongs would get stuck inside the outlet. I guess it all depends how you look at it, but for me, it would be helpful if they fit just a tiny bit less snugly.

These are great! Easy to install and hard for little ones to remove. Adults however, can pull them right off. Its about time someone came up with something like this. I had every brand of outlet cover to keep my granddaughter safe around electrical outlets and that child just slips her tiny fingernail between the outlet and the cover and pops them off just for fun! But these beauties dont come off easily and her little magical fingernail cant get up under the lip of the cover. I am happy and relieved! Bravo to the manufacturer. They work! I pop them on when shes coming over to see what trouble she can get into, and pop them off when she leaves to go home and destroy her own house! Her parents now have them installed everywhere in their house. Thats alot easier than blocking all the outlets with furniture like they had been doing! LOL

This is a great product hard to remove if a child attempts to pull it off

These are easy to use. The kids haven’t been able to pull them out yet

The outlet inserts are a bit long on some of them. If you measure some are longer than others so I cannot force them into my sockets. So about 2/3 of them work

No more broken nails! It’s sturdy and child proof, but not adult proof like other versions where you have to pry then out of the socket with your nails. Maybe I’m just inpatient, but to me it’s worth the hype.

Added these through the house for when our baby starts getting on the move. These come off easy as long as you know how to move the lever. I don’t believe the kids would figure it out anytime soon. Pretty self explanatory as well so not too difficult to figure out for an adult.
