Greater than one weekAs a nanny with an adventurous spirit, I love to use a travel potty when potty training toddlers. Im not the type to stay home all day, even when practicing new skills, so we often spend time far away from a bathroom, or in a place with a dirty outhouse/port-a-potty. Travel potties are also great for keeping in the car for unexpected road trip needs. I used the potette potty for awhile, and did like it, but the legs are difficult to snap in and out. The Oxo tot potty is a little larger, but still fits in a standard wet bag (where I also keep spare bags, wipes, hand sanitizer, and a change of clothes). Oxo tot potty is also easy to snap to any position and the doesnt slide around under the kiddo. The seat puts kids at a comfortable position to go. Ive used the Oxo tot to potty train two different toddlers now, and its so worth the buy!

> 3 dayThis product is a must if you have little ones but especially a girl. Since she has been potty trained this product has saved my life many times. We can easily pull into a secluded area and she can do her business. It’s easy, fast and convenient. It’s super lightweight and easy for traveling.

> 3 dayNot as compact as an older folding travel seat I had, but definitely better quality. I used it both ways. I used the stand potty in the back of the car on road trips or day trips in the outdoors; I dont like how they kid has to sit on the bag though, how uncomfortable. Also, it is quite short, so my kids legs had to stretch out when we used it in the back of the car. I noticed it says 12mnths for the standing potty. It works well on top of home potties and in public. In public, you run into the dilemma of do i put the seat all the way back like the instructions say and have their pants and/or legs touching that nasty part of the public toilet that their seat doesnt touch?! or do I have the seat towards the front and have to make sure they dont wiggle too much to fall forward? I opted for the second. I kept it more forward then is recommended, occasionally needing to hold it down on one side with a finger (sometimes it was a tad wobbly, but definitely more comfortable...to be clear, wobbly DOES NOT mean risk of falling off/in). It comes with a plastic carrying bag. TIP FOR POTTY TRAINING PARENTS! after you get the hang of potty training: When you are out in public and you forgot the travel seat, sit the child sideways on the public toilet. This doesnt work with pooping, but its much more comfortable for them. You do have to hold the child under the armpits (obviously!), but they pee, you wipe one handed real quick and BAM get out of the stall in like a minute!

> 3 dayWe purchased this product for a family camping trip with our 2-year-old, potty-training toddler. He ditched the diapers about three weeks before our trip and is doing really well. This chair is great to keep in our tent so we don’t have to trek to the bathrooms each time he tells us he needs to go. It’s easy to use and easy to clean. Our only issue is that it’s too small for our kiddo. Our son is 35 lbs and he needs more room to sit, especially if he needs to poop and pee. He has not learned to stand and pee, so we have had multiple instances where his penis doesn’t point down and so he pees straight out over the chair. I think if this came in another size, it would be perfect, but it is definitely not a “one size fits all” kind of product. Parents of boys, beware!

> 3 dayMy husband actually came across this product when he was at a park with our 3 year old who suddenly needed to “go” and then found that the public bathrooms were out of order and closed! A mom who was nearby and heard their predicament whipped this product out of the bottom of her stroller and let my daughter use it! (How kind is that?!) It prevented an accident and my husband came home raving about it and insisted we order one right away to keep in our car for potty emergencies. Thank you to the Good Samaritan mom at the park!

> 3 dayThe only reason I gave this a four star is because on certain toilets, such as small round ones, when my sons goes pee some pee goes through the crack between the rim of the potty seat and the toilet. He’s two and still learning to point down when peeing. However, it is very handy and effective for large oblong toilets, such as the ones that are in restaurants.

> 3 dayLove this potty. We take it everywhere since we potty trained our toddler and she’s been able to use use without having to go to public bathrooms or where there’s no bathrooms such as walks , hikes, soccer class playgrounds.Gave us freedom that we needed and it fits in the diaper backpack perfectly. Also, the bags with pads are great and worth the money.
