Greater than one weekIt only has the single set of ties so its either fully collapsed or fully closed. A blog I read, reason I bought this, has most of their activities collapsing portions (with built-in ties) that I wont be able to duplicate. PLUS I wish there was a way to roll up the flap at the one end (to attach to their tent) because it attaches to my hair and is impossible to get off.... worried about my daughters.

> 3 dayMy 16 month old son is in early intervention because of motor delays. He scoots around instead of crawling. The problem with scooting is that he hasnt learned how to use both sides of his body. I bought this tunnel and made him crawl through it. At first, I had to move his legs for him. Now he crawls in, through, and out of the tunnel. He can now crawl outside of the tunnel but still prefers scooting. If your kid has some motor delays, this tunnel can help. I am glad I bought this tunnel. The wires are cushioned - makes the tunnel more comfortable.

> 3 dayThis was purchased as a Christmas present for a one year old. At first she was afraid to crawl through it, but it didnt take long until she was flying through. It takes just a few seconds to get it out and have it ready to play with. It squeezes up tightly, and fits in a corner when not in use. Its lightweight and the child can now pull it out by herself. Shes loved playing in it, as have all her friends when they come for a visit.

> 3 dayI bought this tunnel based on all the great reviews, and wanted to come back and add my own. This is such a durable and sturdy play tunnel. My boys, 9 months & 2.5 years, have absolutely love this tunnel. They both play in it together for quite a while, and have the best time. It is a really great way for them to entertain themselves, as well as a fun way for mom and dad to get involved. Im also ready for spring as I plan on taking this outside to get some pictures of them in it. The lighting will be great with the type of material that is used to make this tunnel.

> 3 dayPurchased just the tunnel for our extremely rambunctious toddler. Has stood up well to a couple of months worth of abuse. He likes to lay sideways in the middle and kick outward. He only seemed to notice the wires once - when he face-planted into one of them. No injury, but it must have hurt. Folds up great when needed, although you have to be careful when expanding it out again because of the tension that keeps it upright.

> 3 dayAnother reviewer commented that the velcro fasteners were a problem because they stuck to clothing. This is not a problem. That part easily folds back over the opening. My 18-month granddaughter likes to throw balls down the tunnel and then crawl in after them. She also likes to name the 3 colors, but I dont think the purpose of the tunnel is to be educational. I think she will use the tunnel more as she gets a little older. My two boys loved their tunnels when they were kids.
