    I could not leave a review without a star indication - but would give this five negative stars if I could. Tried several of these filters - they left a brown film in the water tank almost immediately. I thought maybe the first time it was a fluke. Scrubbed the entire unit, cleaned inside and out. Replaced with a new filter. Within two hours, the same thing happened again. After the second time, I thoroughly cleaned the entire unit again. Replaced the filter with a Keurig one - no issues since. Unfortunately, I had purchased the 24 box. What a waste. Not only did it not filter, it grew some sort of brown film.

    Do what everyone says. Make sure you soak these and run water through them until the water runs clear. After that should work fine.
