I bought this about a month ago because my face had started to break out in little tiny pimples, and my face has a strong oily t-zone. I used the 3 step combo clinique system when I was 16, and since then have changed my soap and moisturizing lotion because cliniques didnt really work out for me personally. But! The clarifying lotion 2 was still the bomb and it worked like a charm. Even after 3 days of using it, my face started to clear up, and the oil feels MUCH more controlled. I am extremely happy with this stuff, it is great! Just smooth over your face with a flat cotton pad (I even cut mine in half to save on the cotton pads! You dont need much of this stuff to work). So yes, if you want to slough off the dead cells on the surface and exfoliate your face, while at the same time controlling your oil and little pimples, this is definitely what I would recommend. It is tried and true and it just works.

100% recommend this product. The women in my family have been using Clinique products for generations. HOWEVER - I’d say beware when ordering this online. My bottle arrived cracked and the product had leaked out and lost its potency.

I love Clinique Clarifying Toner number 2. I have been using it since it first came out. I delicately removes dead skin and traces of makeup. It leaves your skin so smooth and clear, which lets skin be ready for moisturization. Skin is left beautiful for makeup or the nude skin look.

This is great for clarifying my forehead, which can get oily and prone to break outs at times. This does exactly that, and has for decades, without drying out my skin. A great staple product. Classics never go out of style!
