Whew, theres a lot of tape on this roll! I guess I didnt look too closely at the dimensions and wasnt expecting so much. It adheres very easily and strongly with just a quick wipe of a damp sponge.

I bought this roll prior to my current roll running out, when I finally got around to using it (5 days after the return policy expired), I was completely disappointed as it is not tacky enough to adhere to boxes. I should have known that for the price that it was going to be garbage. I will not purchase from this seller again.

Only concern is need to apply water to activate. Otherwise good strength and adhesiveness

I ship a lot of cartons containing heavy items. Usually, these cartons are palletized and go overseas. One thing I cant risk is mediocre reinforced tape. This tape is exactly as advertised. The fibers that run throughout the tape are strong. You need scissors or a blade to cut it. The gum on the back side is generous. There arent any skipped spots in the rolls that I have used. For anyone who hasnt used water-activated tape before, you dont need a special dispenser with water to do it. Ive been doing this for years, and I use a spray bottle set on mist to wet the back side. Just cut the length of tape that you need, hold up the strip (or you can lay it flat) and mist it down on the gummy side. Then wait a minute to give all of the adhesive time to activate, then tape your boxes! I have 25 large cartons in my house right now and all of them are sturdy. ******* • If you can use a special dispenser, thats best. But theyre expensive, and they are not required. All thats required is a way to get the back side of the tape wet. • Be careful about not getting the tape too wet. If you use too much water, youll wash off some of the glue. • Wait a minute before applying the tape to the box. If you do it too soon, the tape will be more wet than sticky, and it wont stick well. Youll have to keep smoothing it down until it does. • Done right, water-activated tape bonds with cardboard differently from clear packing tape. The glue seeps into the cardboard fibers instead of just sticking to the surface. This gives you a mjuch stronger bond, and it also makes the box stronger overall. • A box is strongest after the tape dries. As it dries, the tape firms up a lot.

More than half of the tape was defective and practically did not stick.

This tape is useless. The adhesive and the paper separates and the nylon strips,in between the adhesive and the paper does not hold. Take a look at the photo. I have never seen that happen with this type of packing tape.

Bought a roll and all seemed well at first but after a week I noticed the tape pulling back up. Looks awful and Is not worth it
