I ordered this for my infant car seat. I dont have the Doona specifically, but Its got plenty of space for my infant car seat and base. I appreciate that it has padding, unlike a lot of other car seat bags. Car seats are too big of an investment to let them just get banged around while traveling! I love the backpack straps that keep my hands free for other things! So far I have no complaints! Well see how it holds up to being checked multiple times, but so far, so good!

Completely worth it if you plan on traveling a lot with your Doona. Cushioned, easy to zip together and apart to store away. You’ll feel that it’s secure on the plan.

I ordered this for our upcoming trip and I was not disappointed. I refuse to check my babys carseat when we check our baggage - Im always nervous it will somehow get damaged. So we always check it at the gate. The straps are thick and good quality and it feels pretty proportioned so its not pulling you down. Theres a good amount of space inside so you can add extra diapers or what not. It was large enough to fit our forward facing car seat for our 4 year old but we could also fit our infant seat too (not together - separate).

it fits! if you travel a lot this is definitely worth getting coz it makes traveling so much easier and less headache wherever you go. the bag is nicely made and though I wish the pads are thicker But its just me coz hubby thinks its ok. no weird smell and its easy to open and close.

If you frequently travel with a stroller and car seat, this bag is a lifesaver. After storage, you can carry it by hand or over your shoulder, freeing up your hands. It is convenient for carrying a car seat and transporting a stroller. Before boarding, you can check the stroller by packing it in the bag and then bring the car seat into the cabin. People who travel with children really should buy this, otherwise, they will be very tired, as children, luggage, car seats, and strollers can drive you crazy.

When traveling with kids, you have so much extra items to bring along. This is one I highly recommend for most standard size car seat. Wipe open mouth with zipper for easy loading/unloading of car seat. Padded all around to secure the seat. BACKPACK straps so you stay hands free.

Car seats are expensive. Airlines are not careful about protecting them! This bag is perfect for keeping it safe. It feels very high quality and fits most car seats (I tried 3 different brands). It has straps so that you can easily carry on your back like a backpack. Highly recommend for travel!
