I have been using this lotion for over 3 years and it truly is the best. The scent makes me think of hot chocolate, but not over powering at all. I also have sensitive skin and this has never given me an issue — if anything, it is a calming lotion when my skin flares up with itchiness or irritation. Palmers cocoa butter is ELITE, I don’t care what anyone says. This is one of the BEST lotions on the market and has solved so many of my minor skin issues like dryness, rough patches, bumpy skin, etc. Not to mention, it truly does hydrate my skin for the entire day. It’s not going to evaporate off in a second like it’s entirely made of water, and it’s not going to sit on top of your skin feeling heavy or greasy either. It will quickly soak in, leaving your skin feeling super soft and well moisturized. Oh god and the smell??? Heavenly.. it has slight hints of a delicious chocolate without being sweet or overpowering in any way. 10000/10 product, I’ve repurchased atleast 30 times in the last few years for my entire household!

This is now my go-to body lotion. I love its creamy texture and how it makes my skin feel. I ordered one bottle to try. Next time I will order the 3 pack and put it on a subscription! I like the product, I like the price, but this is the third time I’ve purchased this item and have had problems with the pump. You have to strike oil before getting a usable amount and even then rarely happens. I give up. Time to move on.

Got both lotion bottles. One was missing the pump straw making the pump inoperable. Do not want to go through the hassle of returning. Need to review quality control prior to shipping.

My favorite lotion hands down!! Smells wonderful and moisturizes without being greasy.

The pump part is rather short. It would seem that it should be longer to get a full pump of product. That is why I gave it 4 stars. The lotion itself is wonderful. Makes my skin feels replenished with moisture. Not a watered down type of lotion. Only need to use once per day. The smell is of a sweet cocoa butter and quite lovely and not overpowering. I would definitely recommend this product!

I started using this and it’s ok. I still get dry skin from the waist down, even when I pair it with the Palmer’s balm in the jar. I really like the scent and it’s not greasy. The balm in the jar is greasy. Update: I did the subscribe and save and got a second bottle. The bottom of my box was opened and taped back up with clear tape. Idk if this is a thing that Amazon did, but if it was, I’ll unsubscribe for now. Another update: I just started using the second bottle I purchased and the nozzle was broken. Go figure. I won’t be purchasing this again.
