Palmers Cocoa Butter Formula with Vitamin E, 18.7 oz, 530 g, 1 Jar (681586)

My family has been using palmers cocoa butter since I was born and I will continue to use it forever. I thought this would be great value as I go through jars very quickly. However, I was surprised to find the consistency of this to be less solid or buttery than the cocoa butter I am used to --like a more liquid, melty version of the original. This caused me to suspect this is a counterfeit product. It is functional as a moisturizer. It does what its supposed to but I am not a fan of this more liquidy texture and I want to be sure I am using true palmers cocoa butter so i will not repurchase.

I have used Palmers for years. It helps keep skin nicely moisterized. It was first recommended by my surgeon to help lessen the scars from knee replacements. It also helps construction workers to sooth rough hands after a days work.

I love the product. I use it all the time and have been using it for years. The only thing I have a problem with is when I received my jar the cocoa butter was soft and melted instead of it being solid like its supposed to be. But I was out so I had to use it.

Have used this product for years for various reasons and it works. Has kept this older persons skin soft and supple (genes are playing a part, Im sure). Was exposed to California sun, and never used sun inhibitors (believed the myth of those with darker pigmentation . . . ) Well, I developed burnt skin which dermatologist said there is nothing to be done. Have been dutifully using Palmer Cocoa Butter Formula with Vitamin E, mixed with pure USDA organic, raw, virgin cocoa butter on face, body, and a surgical left palm. WOW, scared skin is definitely diminishing.

I found Palmers Cocoa Butter at my physical therapists because thats what they use. I love the scent and its thick and lasts a long time on your skin. During the lock down, I ran out and couldnt get any for awhile and I used some other body lotions and did not like any of them. Im in my 60s and so Ive used my share of skin products and this is my fav.
