I first used this years ago when I had some surgery and the surgeon recommended I use Palmers Cocoa Butter on the incision so it would minimize the scar. I tried it and the scar is all out invisible. It is also a multipurpose cream that I use on my legs and arms and what I can reach of my body to avoid dry skin and chapping. Try it! You will like it!

I had an accident that cut the tendons in my hand and I needed surgery to repair them. Following surgery I started going to physical therapy. This product is used by my physical therapist for massaging my hand to lessen scarring after the stitches were removed. My before and after pictures were taken 7 weeks apart. Im amazed at how well this works, along with the fact that it is so affordable. The fragrance has light tones of vanilla. As a bonus, it has also cleared up the psoriasis patches on my hands that I have had for 15+ years. I cant believe how smooth and clear my hands are. I am saying goodbye to all other salves, lotions and even the prescription steroid creams that failed to work. This will be my go-to moisturizer as long as it is produced. Two thumbs up and 5 stars. Moisturizer

This was recommended for my husband for a surgical scar by a licensed physical therapist as a skin conditioner. It apparently reduces long-term and unsightly scar tissue. My husband has used it since his surgery 2 years ago, and now the scar is almost invisible. I have also used it for many years on my face and neck as a skin conditioner before bedtime each night. I will soon be 80 years old and I have no wrinkles on my face. I highly recommend Palmers Cocoa Butter. It is very affordable and gives amazing results.
