Pantene, Beauty Balm, Softness, Strength and Shines, Pro-V , 5.1 Fl Oz (Pack of 3)

I actually like this for my daughters hair. My hair is naturally curly but is also really thin, so I found if I used it on my hair it would be almost greasy if I blow dried it after, but if I was doing an up-do or a wet hairstyle, it worked perfectly. On my two daughters hair, however, it worked wonderfully!! One of my daughters has mostly straight hair and it didnt mat down her hair as long as I stayed away from the roots. My other daughter has ringlet curly hair and this product worked amazingly well, shes the one I use it on the most.

Pantenes Beauty Balm comes in a plastic container with a pump on top. The balm is supposed to be applied to your hair after showering and towel drying. The balm itself looks and feels like conditioner, but just a tad thicker. It has a pleasant floral scent. The container says to apply 1-2 pumps, but I find 1 pump works well for me, but my hair is only a few inches long on top. I have thick and wavy hair that can get unruly when it has no product in it. I apply the Pantene after towel drying my hair and it leaves my hair looking shiny, feeling soft, and the frizz under control all day. All in all... a great leave-in conditioner.

Pantene I am in love. I use Pantene for the majority of my hair needs. This was the first time I used the Beauty Balm. It was a great experience. After receiving I use this Balm daily. I am a baby boomer and most of us have dry, thinning, rough feeling and our hair grows very slowly. With this Balm, it just makes my hair looks like it has moisture in it and shines. It takes away that rough feel of the hair. I love that it is a lightweight leave-in that I can use daily. It did not leave any stickiness on my hands or hair. I will purchase this product and tell all my friends and family about it. Pantene you have done it again a 5-star product.

I started wearing my hair naturally about 4 years ago and Im always looking for products to enhance my hair style. This balm makes my hair feel so nice and soft. I use it after washing and also a couple times during the week and I love how manageable it makes my hair feel. The smell is so pleasing, very nice!!

I have a naturally coarse texture to my caucasian hair that has always looked frizzy no matter how well I had taken care of it. I have been using ‘frizz-tamers’ for a while to flatten down my strands to provide me with a healthier looking sheen and well groomed look. This balm, which has the consistency of a hair conditioner, is much preferable to waxes and oils in my opinion. It has a very light scent and works just as well as the others- with less likelihood it will make my hair look too greasy.

The Pantene Pro-V Beauty Balm leaves my hair soft and shiny. I used a nickel-sized amount of product, finger spread through my hair, and then let it air dry. There was no stiffness or frizz, and my hair was very manageable. The balm is not heavy, so does not weigh down your hair. I use Pantene products often, but this is my first time using the beauty balm. I like the way this works on my hair.

My favorite leave in conditioner for curly hair

I put it on after the shower when my hair is wet. Once I let it dry naturally, I can comb through the hair and it dramatically reduces frizzy hair. If your hair looks dry or damaged, you can put some on the tips of your dry hair and it will look better.

This is a review of the Beauty Balm. It is made to be a leave in conditioner which is something that I need but often find is too heavy for my layered hair. This balm is not as heavy as some I have tried which, for me, is a god thing. If I use just a little, concentrating on the lower part of my hair where the damage is, it doesnt weigh my hair down and it fuses frizzes and split ends so that they look less noticeable. My hair is soft and shiny. If I overuse this balm, it will weigh my hair down and make it look a bit stringy and greasy. This is also good to use as a deep conditioning rinse off balm. After washing and conditioning my hair, I apply a bit more than usual to the ends and then all through my hair, avoiding the scalp and very top area.I leave it in for a few minutes then rinse quickly. My hair is soft, healthy looking, and not weighed down at all. This is good for damaged, dry, and/or color treated hair. Mine is all three. I just had to have several inches cut off because the hair was dead and looked frazzled. Now I am working with less damage and hoping this balm will keep damage at bay and protect it from harsh styling tools and chemical damage. So far, it has performed well. This is one of the better Pantene products I have tried. Its versatile and effective.
