Parker Baby Diaper Backpack - Large Diaper Bag with Insulated Pockets, Stroller Straps and Changing Pad -Birch Bag - Gray

My girlfriend and I love this bag so far. It does have a lot of space for everything that you would need to bring on the go with you. Its also a very stylish and cool looking bag, weve gotten quite a few compliments on it. I will say that some of the stitching seems a little janky but its holding up so far. Also because of the color its pretty easy to get dirty but thats on us because we wanted the color knowing it would show dirt easily. So far we are satisfied with this purchase.

I am very disappointed to be writing this review. I think this diaper bag had the potential to be great (we’ve gotten a ton of compliments in the year we have had it) but it has worn terribly and the company offers nothing outside of the 6mo warranty, which seems insane for a $75 diaper bag. When I complained, the response I got was, “We offer a 6 month warranty on our diaper backpack because we want everyone to love their Birch Bag, but we cannot control how our products are ultimately used/cared for,” which seemed to imply that we were going out of our way to destroy the bag. A snap is broken, there are holes in the bottom, and the bag is filthy, which is all after ordinary day-to-day use. I attached pictures of the bag AFTER we cleaned it in the manner recommended by Parker. This clearly did nothing. From what I gather on their website, the company proclaims to value the working parent and, yet, seems to be producing a diaper bag (one of the most crucial items when you have a baby) that they don’t expect to hold up (or stay clean) past 6 months. Again, I’m very disappointed and this will not be the bag I choose (or recommend to friends) in the future. Update: After a fair amount of back and forth, Parker was responsive to my concerns and sent us a new bag. So far, the quality seems MUCH better, but we’ve only been using it for a couple weeks now, so we’ll see how it holds up over time.

I have had my eye on this backpack for a while and was on my registry. But it was sold out for a while so I never got it. I had a cheaper backpack at my shower and have been using it. it was fine, but I always still wanted this one. I finally purchased it and dont have any regrets. It is great quality and it is completely my style. Plus, SO MANY POCKETS! Which every Mom knows it needed to try to keep some sense of organization in your life. Cant wait to use this bag for a long time. Also, I want to note that most backpacks dont fit my husbands shoulder since he owns a gym and has very broad shoulders. This pack fits! He was very happy that we got a new bag he can actually use.

I loved this backpack when I first got it. Lots of pockets, stylish, comfortable, perfect for everything I needed to carry with baby. Shortly thereafter, I set it down on the ground (gently!) and the clip for one of the straps broke. Then the liner for the back pocket detached so that every time I pulled out the changing pad the liner came with it. Also, the bottom is the cream color instead of the grey so it got dirty basically instantly. I ultimately returned it. Good start on the design and with a few improvements and higher quality material this could be an awesome backpack!

I loved the look of this bag and was very excited when I received it. I purchased 5 other bags to compare it, and this was hands-down the best looking and seemed like quality too. However, after less than 3 weeks of infrequent use, the seams are already coming apart and there’s a HOLE where the gray front pocket attaches to the main part of the bag. (See photo) Very disappointed. Also would like more outside pockets to make things more easily accessible with one hand. When you’re carrying a child and traveling, Its so much easier to whip a bag around and get to 2 reachable pockets rather than one tiny pocket On the flap. Just keep that in mind when purchasing - you have to be good at whipping up the flap and then accessing one big compartment and the smaller gray one. My last backpack had 2 easily accessible compartments which made a world of difference. I still like the bag a lot, but the hole after occasional use (~3x/week max) is ridiculous. Not sure why Amazon hid my review. It is honest and fair

The zipper on ours broke unfortunately after a few weeks but the company immediately replaced it once I emailed them. Great customer service and we love the bag. Would recommend!

This bag is big and fits many things but the stroller attachment broke after 1 month. That’s enough for me to give this product 2 stars. Don’t buy it.

I do not recommend I bought this for my sister in September baby nephew was born mid November and that’s when she started using it diaper back didn’t even last 2 months. Very bad, weak quality for the price is not worth it. There’s cheaper ones with better quality I would not recommend this to anyone specially you know when you have a baby you put a lot of stuff in them. Very dissatisfied.

love this bag so much but the magnet buttons on the outside broke off and I dont abuse this bag at all. wanted to return but the return window closed yesterday so disappointed

As you can see in our review picture, we’ve got our old one and new one side by side. Originally we got the white version, which got too dirty too fast. But we loved the backpack so much we got it in grey. That one lasted us about 3 years. The quality is so good. There’s so many storage pockets. There’s a laptop sleeve. I really appreciate the double zippers. Super comfortable to wear and we’ve traveled all over the world with it. Hands down the best diaper bag I’ve ever had, and I’ve tried many. Our only wishes for the company is to make the magnetic closure and insulated pockets more durable. Those are the only 2 parts that didn’t hold up over time.
