Ive got this one to split NEMA14-50 outlet for the electric stove. It worked perfectly. It is on 40amps breaker, so I cant cook and charge at the same time, but I get 21-22miles/h for my Tesla Model X 2022 parked outdoors, without overheating, while renting an apartment and not drilling the walls. The splitter fits in under stove compartment for trays. Helps me make use of my nema1450 outlet more efficiently. I keep my Tesla wall charger plugged then can use the other outlet for my MiG, tig welder or plasma cutter. Be sure not to overload your circuit! I do not charge my car when using my tools.
