This arrived just in time for a bad rainstorm. My wife was able to stay dry to and from work. She said it opened and closed great and was easy to store. This was a definite win!

This a really well priced, high quality umbrella. And if youve never had a quality umbrella, let me tell you, it makes a difference. I live in New York City and people dont drive here. You have to walk everywhere so when it rains you have to deal with it. And like many New Yorkers i used to just buy these super cheap umbrellas they sell in the street. They break apart during a windy rain, but i just thought this is what all umbrellas were like and i would buy another one. i just thought this was normal. But once i got my first deluxe umbrella It literally changed my relationship to rain --as in im more willing to walk out feeling safer that i will be able to stay dry. A good umbrella wont break with the wind. With this one i have to say im impressed with how good the price is for this high quality umbrella. First off, its really high quality material. Its nice fabric and its a tight, sturdy support. And it has this very interesting vents, which let air flow through so when the wind is about to blow your umbrella inside out, the air has a way to escape without breaking your umbrella. It feels very sturdy and it seems noticeably larger than normal. Very nice overall and looks great.

I have a long history of using barely functional umbrellas so I guess some would say my standards aren’t as high as I should make it. Personally, however, I find that this umbrella is no joke. It’s got a huge range, easily can fit 2-3 people with no issue, and is quite tall. It has good reinforcement to keep it sturdy and definitely does not have a cheap feel, compared to other low rated products. On a windy, pouring day, there is no doubt that this umbrella will get me through that. My favorite part about this umbrella is how compact it is. I feel like other umbrellas that are built with this size and durability are just too clunky to carry around, but not this one! When closed, it’s barely bigger than a normal dinky umbrella, and it comes with a sleeve that helps keep the flaps of the umbrella contained. This does mean it’s a bit heavier than your standard umbrella, but it’s never an issue for me. Overall, if you live in an area that gets a decent amount of rain, this is a life saver. Get yourself one!

Works pretty well - hard to close

Im not sure what it is about living in NYC, but umbrellas always seem to meet their deaths here much faster than when I lived in upstate NY. I ordered this umbrella because once again, on the last rainy day that we had here, our small umbrella stopped working properly at the most inopportune time. I was thinking this umbrella was going to be the same size as our other small travel umbrella, and did not read the description closely since I was just happy to find what looked like a reliable umbrella, ready to order. This umbrella arrived, and I would say its in between sizes - small enough to carry in a tote or backpack and still provide better coverage that smaller umbrellas, but not so big its inconvenient to walk through the city with it open. Looking forward to having a fully functioning umbrella again on the next rainy day.

The important feature that was not mention in description of umbrella is that opens from a touch of button to release and deploy your umbrella shelter. I like the grip on the handle also.

Having been disappointed by a previous umbrella through The Vine program, I decided to try again. And fortunately, it rained just a few days later. This one has a good area of coverage, yet folds up easily. The one button open and close is a nice feature. Although the button collapses the umbrella, you still have to push down the stem, and my wife thinks it is a little hard to push it down. I think it works pretty well. The durability seems good. My last one broke a metal support arm on the cover when the wind picked up, and I was not happy, as it was not anywhere near a really heavy wind. So far, this one is a keeper.

The umbrella works as expected. It’s larger than I thought it would be, but that’s good for me. I haven’t had the chance to test it against the wind but it works well in heavy rain.

So far the umbrella is working well, no broken parts. Stand up well in the rain.

This umbrella is very nice and quite sturdy, it is big when fully up and open, it gives alot of coverage, you can definitely fit it in the side pocket of your backpack. This umbrella is great quality and I will be getting good use out of it for sure, its great.
