Gave them out at a glow party on a cruise ship. I have a large wrist and it wouldn’t quite stay connected.

Read your reviews. I paid full price. As the reviews have stated about 90% work perfect, the other 10% are 1/2 dark or bubbly in different areas, and are inexpensive enough to ignore. There is a CERTAIN way of cracking these to light up. Slightly bend, then put your thumb underneath on one side and with pressure from the thumb, pull the stick across your thumb. This will also make your bubble go to one end. SHAKE VERY WELL. They will stay lit for different times. Usually hours for me, but of course they start having a little less of a glow as time goes on. Sometimes re-shaking them will work, most of the time it wont. Just sit back, relax and enjoy the eyes and sounds of your children using them. That is what they are there for. Enjoy. update: Im Santa every year for a few hundred children.. I go from Pre-schools to restaurants to nursing homes and give these out... They love them. This year I ordered several hundred, but Amazon doesnt seam to pack them correctly when ordered two at a time (they put them in a square box with little or no packing and many are already lit, thats Amazons fault, not the seller), so I order one (can) at a time. That way I receive them perfect working condition.

I originally rated the product as average as they did not stay bright very long and some did not ever glow. I was not so dissatisfied that I was expecting a reply or refund and did not request one. But the company reached out and graciously refunded the purchase, so a 5 star rating for customer service for that and they even offered to ship a new order to me, saying it may have been a one time quality issue with that batch. So, the overall rating goes from 3 stars to 4 stars. I will probably decline the free order from them, but I will certainly consider purchasing this product again if the need arises.

The kiddos the babysit ware theses when going outside in winter and I can see all of them perfectly in the dark.

We Love glow sticks:) we got this product for a second time because it’s great for the kids and comes with plenty for a party.

These glowsticks are about 9 bucks for 100. Im not gonna lie, I thought they would have been a tad bit bigger. there are 20 of each color, and there are 5 colors. orange, yellow, green, blue and pink. they also come with 100 connectors to make them into bracelets! they are pretty good for the price, and work as intended. They glow for around 10.5 hours once cracked. the only problem I have with these is there were about 12 that were defective. when I cracked them they didnt glow, or only half of the actual chemical in the stick glowed. Im thinking it has something to do with the chemicals/liquids inside of the glowsticks. One other other minor problem is that they can easily crack open. I advise you dont give these to little kids as if the crack them too hard the chemicals could get in their eyes/nose/mouth or if they bite them they could ingest the liquids inside of them and choke on the plastic. I would stick with giving them to kids 10+, that is why I deducted a star. I bought these for my Halloween costume, a neon crossing guard for me and my friends. overall good purchase for a Halloween party, trick or treat, or a party favor. id have top imagine if you bought the bigger pack thy would probably be the same quality if not worse, since these are quantity over quality, but I still love these!

BECAREFUL touching them to much. Couldnt use 15 of them for the birthday party bags because they are sensitive to touch and lit up. Someone else complained of the same issue

I use these glow sticks as a night light when my2 yr and 7 yr old granddaughters spend the night with me. My room is DARK - I use room darkening drapes and covers over windows, and tape over ANY electronic device with indicator lights. Most of the time one of these glow sticks works ALL night, 8-10 hours and provides just enough light that my babies can see me and each other if they wake in the night and they have no trouble finding their light switches. With the brighter colors like Yellow and Green I have cracked just one end and it was bright all night, then I was able to crack the other end of the stick the next night or even several nights later! When I ran out of glow sticks I ordered a different brand, a CHEAPER brand also from Amazon. WHAT a DIFFERENCE!!! The cheap ones are noticably dimmer after just 30 minutes! And when I tried just activating 1 end the entire stick became used and could only be used one night Ive had to activate a new stick in the middle of the night when the girls got scared of the dark - VERY annoying! So Im coming back to my original brand (this one) and I wont buy that other one again! After these arrive I am going to do a video comparison of the two brands and post it back on this review and on the review for the other product.

I was really disappointed when I went to use these for my kids night swim. They aren’t as bright as the ones I’ve bought many times from the dollar tree.
