Ordered these for a trunk or treat event at school in 2021 and wound up reordering for this year! They were definitely a hit and honestly lasted longer than I expected! I’ll be buying them again! Worth it for sure!

Not sure why the negative reviews, almost didnt purchase. I bought these for a youth 12 - 18 year old activity of glow in the dark volley ball. Turning the lights off in a gym with a light up volleyball, black lights to reflect clothing, and using these glow sticks to accent players so they could see others. We taped these to the net, and out lined the lines these things really light the place up. These were worn as bracelets and anklets head bands, and many other creative ways young kids come up with. As far as clips staying together, I kind of expected it to be an issue as active as everyone would be playing volleyball, and they all held up, infact kids pulling them apart were getting the popping sound so they stayed together well. Colors were bright, the orange color did take a little to get started, many thought they were duds, but once the lights went out they were just as bright.

Pay attention to what the set includes - it is not 40 glow sticks, but somewhere around 16 total. The other pieces are the plastic connectors. They work well at first, but lose their glow fairly quickly. Good for a short amount of time, but I feel pretty duped that there were only 16 glow sticks total.

Tried a few, found that I got a glow for some 4-7 hours, depending on the color ( red seemed to go the longest ). I used these at Halloween. We dont have street lights in our particular neighborhood, & kids running around up & down & across the street(s) gave me pause. I handed out candy & offered a glow stick to any kid that wanted to take one. FYI, every kid took one. I had each stick pre-activated & had a connector piece on, so they could make a bracelet or loop it through the handle on the their treat bag. The kids are seemed to think the sticks were kind of neat. And, even after the glows gone, theres still enough color to make a sort of cheap plastic bracelet. With a 300 pk, I have a lot left over for this years Halloween. Easily worth the $.

We give these away to kids on Halloween along with some candy. They love them and I like to think it helps them be a bit more visible to traffic after the sun goes down. Only problem Ive had is not having enough to give two of them to each little one that visits. For the very little ones, best to give them to a parent since the connectors could be a choking hazard.

I bought them to take on our grandkids first camping trip, and they were a hit! I am not sure which nighttime activity they loved more...making smores, or making all the beautiful glow flowers, glow glasses, glow balls, and a bunch of other ideas my 4 grandkids could come up with at the campsite around the fire with their glow sticks! Not only did the glowsticks outlast all 4 of my grandkids that night....(they were still glowing in the morning when we all woke up)....but we got the most amazing pictures of the kids with their glowstick that night...we actually ended up picking a couple of the pics, had them blown up, and framed to hang in the house because the the bright and beautiful colors of the glowsticks lit up the night, almost as much as their smiles on their faces! I will most definitely be buying more of these as a must have item on our lists for all our future camping trips! Great product, great delivery time, and a super easy, fun, and safe item for kids (and adults) of all ages!! 5+ stars!!

I bought them to hand out at Halloween and the kids loved them. One kid was excited to find the house that was giving them out but they didnt glow that long. Best thing to do is bend them right before handing them out.

Used for a stomp for Jr High kids. They were a big hit!!

I wish they were a little longer in length. Too big for bracelet had to go bigger and make necklace only

Bought for wedding to make the dance floor fun! The glow lasted through the night & then some!
