    My daughter loves this! I got it for her birthday party and shes more excited to use it in her room after the party! Its actual ribbon and not paper so you can use it again and again. The colors are bright and pretty. Its a little shorter than I thought it would be but thats my fault for not reading the description well enough, so I cant be mad about that. Overall it perfect for what we are using it for, and thats just a pop of color in an otherwise sort of drab room.

The ribbons can be moved along the string. You can also tighten any strands on your garland by gently pulling the string or ribbon.

If your garland is going to be used outdoors, I would only recommend doing this in dry and mild conditions, as it may damage your garland.
