Pathfinder Castaway 4-Piece Spinner Luggage Set, telescoping handle, (Olive)

Purchased set August 2019 and used twice. The zipper stitching on the largest suitcase failed about 10 inches in a corner causing the zipper to separate .No other damage to the bag so typical substandard Chinese quality. The 5 year limited warranty is bogus as the manufacturer ( and Amazon) make it impossible to contact anyone to make a claim.

As soon as I saw it, I knew it was the luggage for me. The leather trim is gorgeous and just puts a touch of class on it. The only decision was brown or olive. I decided on olive because it is more rare and easily distinguishable on the baggage carousel. I used it while traveling to Mexico. I have rolled this luggage through several airports. It is very lightweight and durable. It maneuvers easily and looks great. I got several compliments on it. Who has ever gotten a compliment on their luggage? I am very glad I bought the entire set and not just the medium suitcase and tote. I was gone for a week and didnt even have to use the large suitcase. Everything fit well and it expands to accommodate more. I was also impressed with zippered pouches and inside pockets.

Love, love the look of this luggage! The whole set/each is the perfect size. Seems very nicely made and durable. Have not used yet, due to trip being canceled. (COVID19) Looking forward to future use.

We, wife and I (not an easy task) were pleased, both with the luggage and the price. Leaving on a 2 week trip. Will leave additional comments only if the luggage fails in some way.

Really liked this set. It was bought for me as a gift about a year ago. I travel by airline about once a month. The set has not held up very well. Zipper pulls are all nearly gone. Front pouch on the midsize suit case has rip at the seam. Fabric is showing signs of freying in multiple places.

One trip taken. Luggage rolled very nicely and easily. Held up just fine. Nice to have the expandable zipper to create a bit more room, if needed. We will be buying another set as the hard case luggage we bought didn’t ROLL easily...struggled the entire trip with it.

I bought this luggage in the November 2017 and will use them for the first time in June 2018. They look nice and appear durable, but only time will tell. My complaint is the chemical smell they have. In November, I left them open for a while to air out, then stored them away. I just got them out again and the smell is as strong as the day they arrived. I imagine my clothes will be petmeated by the smell when I arrive at my sisters place and will have to wash everything upon arrival. Not really thrilled, as this is the first luggage purchase Ive had to make in decades.
