> 3 daySome of the colors are too dark. Like the pink and sky blue. But the organ and bright yellow are great. All in all... I would not buy this again. Nor would I suggest anyone buy it. There are better products out there.

Greater than one weekThis tie dye set is so amazing! It has so many color options and when you mix them up it comes with gloves and a tiny funnel to funnel the powder. You can make your colors lighter or brilliant based on how much powder you put in. I loved that it came with the socks, a t-shirt and a cinch bag to use as well as what ever you buy to tie dye. It also came with lots of rubber bands and none of them broke which was a nice surprise. We had so much fun using all the color options and we used the simple booklet to mix our dye as well as how to kind of fold or twist the shirts for different designs. I cant recommend this kit enough, it really does have everything you need for a great tie dying time!!

> 3 dayIve had to edit this review three times because as the days have went on, it went from a great kit to terrible. First the colors will head on fabric. I didnt think this was a big deal because most looked like it absorbed, but the next day I looked and the color was faint and noticeable. Two days later and after more color bleeding through leaking and everything I dyed has rinsed out before a washing machine, except maybe 20% of the shirts I did. I even used all the colors as theres 2 or 3 tints per color. I did some socks in 4 colors - blue, red, purple, and orange, and the latter 3 blended into 1 purple color throughout the sock leaving only the blue tips where a chunk should be blue. Nearly every color faded or bled into neighboring colors to become a purple tint. Ive taken pictures of everything. All of these were very colorful the day I dyed them and now just a mess.

> 3 daySome of the colors are better at holding their hue than others. No way this would dye as many t-shirts as it says. I was dying cotton socks for sock puppets, I managed 42 knee high socks. I left the dye on overnight and in baggies, the max number of socks I got a decent color on were 2 per color. The bright colors came out great (apricot, bright yellow, orange, etc.) But the dark colors not so much. The dark blue shades all look the same, and coffee and brown looked exactly alike.

> 3 dayI bought this to tie dye cotton sheets for a friend. I poured half of the color packets in the bottles with cold water. Applied color and let it sit for 6-8 hours as the paper says. The color looks very pale, I rinse the sheets and most of the color washes out before I even put it in the washer. I’m very disappointed. I was trying to spend too much money but now I have to buy any thing of dye to finish the job :/.
