This gate was even better than I imagined. Its solid and sturdy and looks classy. Ive had many compliments. Very very well made!

1 dislike. The balance foots need to be more level on floor though It does balance it as is.

Well made and sturdy. I bought it to keep mr dog away from a window when I am not home but it is so light weight and easy to move I have also used it to block the kitchen off so I dont trip over dogs while cooking. I love it. Also, it is not unattractive , so Im not embarrassed when I have people over.

Very well made sturdy and eye friendly. Bought to keep our dog out of our bedroom, and if you have to live in a gated community as we do they are nice to look at.

We use this to gate off our basement around our couches. They look great and are very sturdy. Didn’t need extra base pieces for our use and have them in a straight line.

Weve always had dog gates. This is the first beautiful gate that I dont mind having out. Beautiful, heavy so the dogs cant move like they do the plastic ones and easy to use!

The unit that I ordered was a different color, but since I needed it badly enough I kept it. That may have more to do with the seller than the item, itself. It is not heavy enough to keep my dog from moving it, but it does keep her from going in that direction, just because something bigger than she is sits in the way.

We just moved into a very open house that is very old so I wanted gates to keep my kids in the family room and still have a nice look about them to go with the style of the house. I had planned on attaching one end to the wall with hinges and a lock on the other end. The feet that come with it dont stay in place very well and the gate falls over easily. The wood seam popped open in one corner as well making it flimsy. All things that are an easy fix with some wood glue but great for the price and look!
