Greater than one weekI have to say that I have been very disappointed with Amazon products and procedures. My cat passed away and I could of ordered this anywhere but as always I went through Amazon. I received the frame and it was so CHEAP. The frame was broken. I have had so many issues trying to return items as have the stuff comes from China. I just glued it to save myself the hassle. It truly looks like something I’d buy at a garage sale. I’m going to start shopping elsewhere. Such a shame.
