> 24 hourThe free Adobe Acrobat Reader only gets you so far. HERE ARE THE PROS OF THIS PRODUCT: - If you actually need to edit a PDF text, then you need something like this. - If you want to convert your PDF to word, excel, ePub, or jpeg, this will definitely help you. - I really like the fact that you can fill and sign forms. - You can also restrict the access of a PDF with passwords and encryption. - You can draw and reorder the pages as necessary. - This gives you a lot of features that you cannot get with the standard Adobe Acrobat Reader which is free. CONS I cant believe that you can CREATE a PDF from Microsoft Word (or Excel)!!!! Although Word has a built-in feature that lets you export to a PDF, its not working well for me (e.g., hyperlinks are appearing). Therefore, I was hoping that this PDF Extra software would allow me to create a PDF from my Word doc. It does not! Im sure adding this feature would have been quite easy for them, so I dont understand why they didnt do it. This is priced at a reasonable level because its less than $30. Unfortunately, the license only lasts for one year. CONCLUSION: If you dont need to create PDFs from Word (or youre happy with the native feature of doing that in Word), then you should be happy with this. It allows you to do many things that the free Adobe Reader cannot do.

> 24 hourI have PDF at work and needed a way to digitally time stamp work completed away form my brick and mortar office. This allows me to open files and stamp them with ease. Additionally, the signature feature is pretty easy to use. If you havent worked with some of the editing options then this can be a bit much. Overall, price point and convenience this give me makes it a great buy.

> 24 hourThis is my first PDF editor. I hope there is a better option. This one has no UNDO feature. If you want to undo something you just did, you must exit without saving. Edits are not smooth either. If Im editing in a textbox, I must set the linefeeds, if I just keep typing the textbox gets longer and longer. Graphic resizing works OK. And the text can be edited. Just dont try to undo (which I would think is a basic required feature for any software released).

> 24 hourThis is a 1-year license for 1 copy of a PDF editing software. The software is made by MobiSystems, a company which makes affordable alternatives to big-name productivity software like MS Office and Adobe Acrobat. This PDF editor allows you to open and edit PDF documents. You can add or change text and images, add, delete, reorder or rotate pages, add digital signatures and password protection. The software has an in interface much like current MS Office software, with a ribbon of quick commands at the top. But it also has good old drop-down menus that let you find and use the functions you need. When you order this product, you get a small plastic card with a printed 8 letter key on the back. You go to the MobiSystems website, download the software, then activate it with your key. This single license is good for 1 computer, 1 phone and 1 tablet, all linked into 1 account. I was a bit disappointed to find out that this is just a 1-year subscription, not a permanent purchase. And that the subscription is only good for 1 computer on my account. I’m a hardware junkie and typically use 3 computers on a daily basis. With the other subscriptions that I have (MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud), a single subscription covers all of my computers. This limit of 1 computer per subscription is a hassle to deal with—I’ll have to do all of my pdf work on the same computer. But if you usually only use one computer, that may not be a problem for you. I find this pdf editor quite a bit easier than the previous editor that I used to use. This one is far more intuitive and less frustrating. Yes, this editor does indeed have an un-do feature, accessible either with the standard ctrl-z or Edit->Undo. If you need to create or edit pdfs on a regular (or even irregular) basis, this is a very capable program.
