Greater than one weekThis headset seemed great, it had awesome reviews and the price was good. It looks great and feels like the quality is amazing. After charging it overnight I put the headset on and was already disappointed. This thing is HEAVY on your head, and not as comfortable as I expected. However the sound is great, and wireless is very convenient. Then after approx 2 hours of play time they began beeping, mind you there is no batter indicator, and the power LED doesnt change color to indicate low batter or etc. Then they just shut off and died. Charged them again and the same thing happened after just 2 hours. I am sending this headset back and returning to my $30 wired headset that is far more convenient to use.

> 3 dayTe first one I ordered arrived defective - it was stuck power cycling. PDP’s customer service was super responsive and I had my replacement the next day. Replacement is working great. The sound is excellent the flip to mute mic is great. Plug and play is awesome, just make sure the PS is already on. Get this headset, you won’t regret it.

> 3 dayIt truly is an amazing product. It has TONS of charge storage so it lasts for a long time and charges fast. Needless to say I got the wireless version. If u turn the volume all the way up it gets incredibly loud and I am very, VERY impressed with this headset, especially for the price.

> 3 dayPurchased for my son so he could game online with friends, previous headsets were always breaking. Its wireless via a thumb drive, rechargeable and easy to mute. My epic gamer gives it his approval which isnt easy to come by. Worth the investment.

> 3 dayIt kept bumping me off my Wi-Fi and then a year later I changed Wi-Fi providers and all of a sudden they started working fine... and they work amazing. You hear your voice in the microphone we speak to it on the headset kind of like helicopter headphones which is also good if you want to hear your voice when you sing or freestyle ha but not worth a years wait and Internet provider change

> 3 dayThe image of the product clearly displays a works with PS5 advert. Said advert is nowhere to be found on the box received. My son hasn’t gotten his ps5 yet. So this rating could go down. Still good head set though.

> 3 dayI WISH THEY WOULD STOP WAKING ME UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. I’m not sure if I just got a defective model right off the bat but this was my second time purchasing these headphones and I had no problems with the first model that my mom uses for her work. They disconnect randomly while using AND in the middle of the night decide to turn on and off by itself, but when it turns on and off it makes this beeping noise you can hear throughout the whole room when you don’t have the headphones on. I’m a light sleeper as it is so I am so beyond frustrated and can’t find any information online on how to troubleshoot them in a situation like this, even though I’m finding a lot of other people share the same experience.
