I really like almost everything about this car seat but as others have mentioned, it tips backwards super easily which is my reasoning for 4 stars. The handle can serve as a “kickstand” of sorts if you position it all the way back behind the seat but when setting the seat down, we are extra cautious to be sure we do not set it on an elevated surface (chair, table, couch etc.). At a doctor’s appointment, I brought my baby in, placed the car seat on a chair to get her out more easily (not having to bend down to the ground postpartum) and once I took her out and moved, the seat immediately flipped backwards. I understand the nature of the seat and did then but I was still shocked at how “back heavy” it is. Obviously, it tipping back while a baby is in it on the floor won’t hurt them, just scare them if anything, but off any other surface, there is actual danger.

My husband wanted this car seat because it is so snug and let me tell you it is! Super hard to get baby in and out. I miss my old Graco :(

Purchased this from a local retailer, but had to leave a review anywhere I can to tell people how much I love it!

I did a LOT of research on carseats. I was trying to decide between the Chicco Fit2 and this one, the Peg Perego Primo Viaggio 4/35 Nido. We ultimately purchased the Peg. Both the Chicco and the Peg can be secured in a car without a base (European belt path which places the shoulder belt around the back of the seat in addition to across the top) ...so a benefit for grandparents, other vehicles, using Uber, taxi, etc. if you dont want to purchase multiple bases. However, the Peg has more safety features in my opinion (load leg, anti-rebound bar, the Right Tight seatbelt lock off base, etc.) than the Chicco despite being heavier.

Easy to use. I love that it doesn’t squish into my baby’s thighs where it buckles. Heavy but that’s expected since it’s extra safe. Had a Britax that my baby cried in non stop and this one has been a lifesaver. No tears.

We love this car seat! It’s so pretty and soft. It is durable and easy to adjust.

Overall I love the car seat and love the features on it but I found it was a little confusing at first to install. Also the actual car seat is heavy to carry .

Harder to use than other car seats. We have to re-adjust the straps every time our son gets in. Lots of cushioning and he looks safely tucked when he’s strapped in.

After donating our first Peg Perego and looking for another with our third child. This car seat is top of the line. I feel my precious is safe and secure. Highly recommend.
