> 3 dayWe have 9 months old and this is the only Cream that works. His skin is perfect. We used other cremes and the rush would not go away from wearing diaper. I am just ordering another 2 and just wanted to share with you that for me it is the best prodcut. My Mom used that on me(when I was a baby) when we lived in Europe. I dont know why it is not available in USA.

> 3 dayThe smell, the box, the feel of this cream is something that I always associate with my childhood. Growing up in Europe, I was taught first hand that German - made products were the epitome of excellence. This statement absolutely applies to this product. I have had sensitive skin since childhood and my mom had used Penaten cream on me since birth. She tells me that I used to bring it to her when I thought that I needed it for anything and it would travel with me when we would go to summer camps from kindergarten or school. Today, I use it on both my children when they have diaper rashes, drool rashes or any kind of skin irritation in the creases of their skin (neck, arms, armpits, thighs, groin etc.) I even used it between my daughters toes when she had a skin irritation from water not drying between her toes after bath. It needs usually max of two application to clear an irritation. It does not seem to have quick effect if any, for eczema or yeast infection (it is not a panacea LOL) but the cream soothes dry skin. I use it on myself for dry elbows during the Winter. It lasts forever as you need to use very little at a time. The expiration is 36 months after opening the seal.

> 3 dayWe bought this because my husband is German and this is what he used as a baby and he was excited to get it for his own kids. Im not crazy about it though- it does work to prevent diaper rash I will give it that. I reeeaalllly dislike how sticky it is though. It sticks to the hands and doesnt rub well on the baby butt. I also hate the packaging- it comes in a tin which you have to dip your hands in meaning that you invariably: 1) Take too much out 2) Not Hygienic after youve been wiping a poopy butt to dip your hands into a container 3) The container doesnt screw or pop on so if you turn it upside down the lid falls off which means its not transportable in a diaper bag unless you use a rubber band or you like living dangerously. 4) Since its so easy to open a two year old can open it and paint butt cream all over their body and face like a powdery commando. I much prefer the Burts Bees Baby Cream- Just as effective, not as sticky, easy peasy squeeze bottle container that I can throw in my diaper bag.

19-11-2024My son was born in a German hospital and they used it for his circumcision 23 years ago. I had never heard of it before. They sent me home with a can, and I truly think it helped with the pain. While I was in Germany I bought it regularly (and cheaply) from the neighborhood market. Its expensive to buy it here in the U.S., but its totally worth it! This stuff works like magic!

> 3 dayI have used this product for my children and grandchildren. Never have I seen diaper rash heal so quickly. Both of my children had problems with apple juice causing a severe rash. My Oma brought some over from Germany in 85, and it was a relief to find my baby comfortable so fast
