Its very easy to put together and has detailed directions...(which you really dont need because it is a Breeze to assemble) It will only take you about 10 minutes to complete. We got this for Our Granddaughters First Christmas and has become one of her Favorite Gifts. Not only is it sturdy and well balanced, when she rides on it, the wheels are smooth and quite, even when she rides it outside. > 24 hourThe good: easy to assemble, seat is adjustable. The not so good: The kids slide forward off the seat, its doesnt turn great, it tips over easy, amd it flips forward really easy. Overall: I would not recommend as a first time rider, get one with wider wheels.
