> 3 dayI ordered these fulfilled by Amazon. I have purchased 3M hookit pads before. This is the first time I order the Perfect-It Ultrafine. When I received them, I thought these were counterfeit 3M pads because low quality. I simply cannot believe these are 3M products when I compare them to my other 3M pads and adhesive discs -- but they are and 3M confirmed it. Cons: Pad is uneven - one side is thicker than the other. Pad backing is not like other 3M hookit pads I own. The Velcro is damaged and it barely sticks to the 3M hookit backing disc Pad is very soft and does not hold shape - my other 3M pads are firm and hold their shape. The backing on this pad is very thin and bends very easy. The other 3M pads I own have a stiff backing. Summary: I purchased other 3M polishing pads - black and orange. In 3Ms defense, these other pads are excellent for compounding, polishing and smoothing out repair work. The Perfect-It pad was not even close to the quality of the other pads I purchased. I really dont need the Ultrafine pad and after working with it, I can say the orange and black 3M hookit pad do a better job. If you have not purchased and used 3M hookit pads before, you will probably be happy with this -- its as good as the other cheaper brands but I would not say it is better. If you are used to 3M quality found in some of their other polishing pads, you will probably be dissatisfied with this product. This is the first Perfect-it pad I bought and will be my last. This product should be priced somewhere in the $2 ~ $3 range since it is of the same quality as the no-name or off brand polishing pads.

> 3 dayJust stick with what professional body shops use , neighborhood weekend detailing? These people use what’s available at nearby auto parts counters at Walmart.
