My baby has the worst diaper rash Ive ever seen. I was told by the doctor that she cannot use wipes anymore so I needed an alternative in order to wash her bum. I bought these from Amazon the other day and the work like magic. There is not that high of a pressure where it would hurt her but it gives a good release of flow of water.

Exactly what you get from the hospital postpartum. I wasnt sure if Id get one from the hospital for my second birth and wasnt going to chance it. Because there are 3, I was able to leave one in the diaper bag and one in each bathroom. Now that Ive healed, Im using these with cloth wipe solution. Put the solution in, spray a little on the wipe when its changing time and good to go. I think I may use the unused one for my 5 year old to use with paint and art activities. Lots of use for these even if you do end up getting the one from the hospital and dont need all of them.

I use these with a little soap as a traveling hand-wash instead of or in addition to hand sanitizer. They pack up easily into my small bag and so far, after a couple weeks of daily use, have not leaked! The top is easy to open and close one-handed.
