I only received the red pearler beads. Missing the white & black bags. How can I get the other two? Impossible to send it back

Happy month of fun making perler beads with my son for his Star Wars birthday party.

The colors were black white and grey. They were supposed to be black,white and red. I couldnt return them as I had to use the black and white right away for a project.
