Personal Historian Software

This software is buggy. I could not get help or even an acknowledgement that my problem had a fix or not, now or in the future. No replies to emails. Terrible, terrible service from phone. Both representatives I talked with would not let me finish sentences, talking over me, even when I tried to give a compliment. Perhaps they get many calls from unhappy customers. It is unfortunate because this software has promise, especially for those who are less computer literate.

I am a quadriplegic who needed something more than a diary or journal. I felt a need to be autobiographical - - like, who knows? Maybe Ill write a book! THE PERSONAL HISTORIAN suited my needs just perfectly! THE PERSONAL HISTORIAN is genius in the manner in which it prompts memories from 25, 30, years ago with culturally relevant events. It also has a much more than adequate diary capability (for all that daily kvetching!).

The software is good for logging your topics or thoughts until you have time to elaborate. But it seems to be a very simple software and Im not sure the price tag is worth it.
