It’s beautiful and perfect, just what I needed to keep my sweet boy close to my heart! It holds a small amount of ashes and it was very easy to fill.

My beloved feline companion recently passed away, and I am still grieving. I ordered this for myself to hold a bit of his fur (we buried him, rather than having him cremated). This locket urn worked perfectly for the job. Instead of a narrow-necked container for cremains, the button-battery-sized urn unscrews and the compartment is big enough to hold a small amount of fur. My only problem with it is the chain - the jump rings are too big to fit through the bail on the pendant. I needed to use a needle-nosed plier to crush the jump rings.

I am very impressed by the quality and it took a little less time than quoted for it to arrive. I have a few other pieces of cremation jewelry, and this is by far the heaviest in bulkiest, but I also have pieces that look great but you cant put anything in them. If you want to guarantee you are Able to have room to put ashes in, this is an excellent purchase.

I purchased this in memory of my dog who grew up with me who recently passed. I appreciate how they included a tube and needle to put the ashes in easier .Everything seemed to be good, the only problem was the chain and the cylinder you put the ashes in.I think the cylinder used for the ashes was too big for the pendant itself because it wouldn’t close all the way so I’m a bit disappointed. Also the chain broke Almost immediately, other than that I’d say it was almost a perfect necklace .

Ive gotten compliments on it as a necklace before people even realize its significance. The clam-shell paw seems very sturdy and the chain fits well through the holes. It was easy to put some ashes into the tiny container, but the funnel it comes with was too small. I just used a little spoon and was very careful. It doesnt hold much, but it holds enough. I tried to follow other reviewers advice and not get it wet but I got caught in a rainstorm once and forgot to take it off before a shower once. It didnt seem to have any ill effect. It didnt seem like it got the contents wet because everything seems well sealed. I highly recommend this necklace and am thinking of getting another one to have a back-up.
