Pet Fountain Filters, Carbon Replacement Filter for Cat and Dog Water Fountain-4 Packs

Since getting my Parner pet fountain,my cat has been drinking so much more water. Every other day Im adding 1 & 1/2 qts.of water and cleaning unit wkly,including the impeller fan. My plan is to change the filter monthly, which Ill incorporate every 4th cleaning. Max is 12-13 yrs old and is slowing down a bit,but in the 2-3 wks of increased water consumption Ive noticed him getting more active.(He even jumped onto our bed the other day, which he hadnt done in mos.) I got the 8pk of filters so were good until about April/May of 2020. During wkly cleaning I brush excess hair from filter before replacing it. I highly recommend pet fountains,especially for older cats. These filters are inexpensive(I got 8 for $15.75 about $2per) These filters are great and they keep my cat coming back time and again for fresh,clean filtered water!

I really wanted to love these. They had great reviews, so I’m unsure if I got a bad batch? All the individually-wrapped replacement filters looked in perfect shape but after 2 days’ use, I notice mildew build-up in the little nooks of my cat’s Veken fountain; this is highly unusual as the original filters that came with my fountain stayed clear up to 4 weeks with regular cleaning and I’ve never had a problem with mildew. I have already gone through 2 brand new Parner filters in the last 6 days and they look worse by comparison. My cat refuses to drink from his fountain since these new filters came in. For context, I’ve had my fountain for 3 months. I take apart the fountain for a good scrub and replace with filtered water every couple days. My cat has CKD and chronic pancreatitis, so clean water is a must.

These filters work great. I use them in our outdoor cat water fountain. They last abut 2 - 3 weeks - depending on how windy it gets. An excellent buy.
