I really wanted to love these. They had great reviews, so I’m unsure if I got a bad batch? All the individually-wrapped replacement filters looked in perfect shape but after 2 days’ use, I notice mildew build-up in the little nooks of my cat’s Veken fountain; this is highly unusual as the original filters that came with my fountain stayed clear up to 4 weeks with regular cleaning and I’ve never had a problem with mildew. I have already gone through 2 brand new Parner filters in the last 6 days and they look worse by comparison. My cat refuses to drink from his fountain since these new filters came in. For context, I’ve had my fountain for 3 months. I take apart the fountain for a good scrub and replace with filtered water every couple days. My cat has CKD and chronic pancreatitis, so clean water is a must.

Really helps with keeping my dog’s water fountain clean

I purchased these filters for my pets fountain. I will be ordering again.

The filters are not washable and need to be changed out often. I have 2 cats and 1 dog drinking from the fountain. I dont mind the cost so much, because I want my pets to have fresh, flowing water.

Easy to use filters. No mess.

These filters are well made and do not leave charcoal residue in the fountain. Just rinse the filter before placing it into the fountain. I have two thirsty cats. Changing the filter every 2-4 weeks seems to work for us.
