These clips had only 1 side bent and worked much better when I bent the other end over with channel locks before putting the clip in the clip pliers…. I used these to secure a wire fence over an existing wire fence.

Why does 1 lbs of clip cost 4 dollars at FF, but almost 7 here what a joke

I used these clips to construct crayfish traps from fencing. I used the recommended clip pliers from Little Giant. It takes a bit of practice but once I had it figured out these worked great. The clips are super strong and thus far have not tarnished or corroded one bit after repeatedly soaking in water. If you were joining fence together with these clips I am certain they would hold as well as the welds.

A significant number of the clips are the wrong shape, rendering them useless unless you take the time to fix them with a pair of pliers before trying to use them. The short leg of the clips are too long so they don’t curl around the cage wire correctly. I would guess almost half the bag was like that on both bags that I purchased, really slowed me up and was frustrating as heck.

Was listed with the 1/4 mesh, dont be fooled, its too big and will not work with 1/4 product.
